RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds allow you to get instant updates regarding pages that have been recently changed or added to the site. Once an update gets posted, the RSS Feed gets instantly updated in your RSS reader and you'll know right away when the update is available. There are many free RSS readers and they come built-in in programs like Outlook 2007, Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox.
