City Manager

Winter Springs operates under a Commission-Manager form of Government where legislative authority is centered in an elected Board of Directors consisting of the Mayor and five Commissioners. The day to day management of the city is vested in a City Manager appointed by the elected body.

As your City Manager, my responsibility is to carry out the policy directives of the City Commission in an efficient and effective manner. I am assisted in this effort by a qualified and dedicated staff, lead by our eight Department Directors.
