What is an Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR)?

The Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) is an audit of the success and shortcomings of the Comprehensive Plan and will suggest how the comprehensive plan should be revised to better address community objectives, changing conditions, trends affecting the community, and changes in state requirements.

The City has contracted with Planning Communities LLC to complete our EAR.
