Inspection and Permit reports are available in our document search.  We are retaining several months worth of previous inspection and permit results. They are listed below by date of inspection/permit compiled by groups (mmddyy-mmddyy) Any information needed after removal from the site will require a visit to Winter Springs City Hall 1126 E. SR 434.

Inspection results will be available 24 hours after the date of inspection. Notice of Commencements if needed is required to be at the job site and also at the city. If Notice of Commencements (if applicable) are not filed with the city and re-inspections fees not paid the inspection will not take place.
