Utility Billing/Customer Service is a division within the Finance Department with the responsibility of billing and collecting for water, sewer and solid waste services provided to the residents of the City of Winter Springs.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide accurate and complete billing information to the residents of Winter Springs and to collect monies owed to the City for the utility services provided to the residents of Winter Springs.
