Emergency Management Services
 The City of Winter Springs in coordination with Seminole County, the State of Florida, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency provides assistance to the citizens in times of disaster. This cooperative arrangement allows for planning, logistics and operations that will respond with the necessary resources in times of need.
