D.A.R.E.

D.A.R.E. is a 10 week program that is taught in 5^th grade. D.A.R.E. is taught in every elementary school in Winter Springs. The program is taught by certified police officers who are also certified through D.A.R.E. America. The program teaches students about the dangers of drugs, how to say NO, and how to make good decisions and choices in their lives. The program is concluded by a D.A.R.E. Graduation where students receive t-shirts and special awards.
