At The Request Of Engineered Homes Of Central Florida And Keewin Real Property Company Requests The City Commission Hold A Public Hearing For Second Reading And Adoption Of Ordinance 2007-25, Which Changes The Zoning Designation Of Four Parcels Associated With The Winter Place Development And Which Equal 9.862 Acres More Or Less, Located At Florida Avenue And Lake Lucerne Circle From (Winter Springs) "C-2 (General Commercial)" To (Winter Springs) "PUD (Planned Unit Development)".
