Anthony A. Garganese was appointed by the City Commission as City Attorney in 1999 pursuant to the City Charter. He represents the City in all legal proceedings and performs such duties provided by the City Charter, by the City Commission, and by law. He attended Bryant College (B.S., 1986, M.B.A., 1988), and Nova Southeastern University (J.D., 1993).
Board Certifications: Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County, and Local Government Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; the Supreme Court of Colorado, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
