The Winter Springs Parks and Recreation Department and The Winter Springs Grizzlies Pop Warner Football program offers a Fall league and camp for boys, ages 5 years to 15 years. The cost is $185-$260. Space is limited on each team. Games are played at WSHS on Saturdays. Sunshine Youth Sports NFL youth Flag Football

The Winter Springs Basketball League and NFL Flag offer a Spring and Fall Season for their flag football league.
Spring season runs from March - May
Fall season runs from Septemeber - November
The cost per season is $95.00.
