FOR OUR SENIORS
400 N EDGEMON AVE, WINTER SPRINGS - 407-327-6554
The Senior Center provides social activities five days a week. We believe that the mind and body must keep moving as our years mature. Socialization is a must and we insist that age is just a number not a state of mind. Fitness programs from Yoga to Jazzercise, Bridge to keep the mind sharp, Ceramics to keep the imagination alive, computers lessons to keep up with the grandchildren, Therapy Pool fitness for the ultimate fitness and monthly day trips are all part of our Senior Program. We want to Coach through activities, Connect through environment and friendship and provide the community to bring all the elements together.
Winter Springs Senior Center is not just a recreation center, it's somewhere you're able to go when you are having a bad day and leave with a smile because everyday at WSSC is a good day!
