LET'S PAINT!!
Our ceramics group meets every Monday between 10am and 4pm. To begin we will be starting with bisque (already fired clay) and using stains. That way our first project will not need to be fired a second time and we can get our painting skills and steady hand working again. If you are interested please contact Laura at the Senior Center - 407-327-6554 - this will give us an idea of how many to expect. We will have a variety of pieces in house and are able to get most anything you would like. Prices will be based on a finished project. We will supply everything, that will save you from having to purchase your on supplies such as paints and tools. Debi Gorman will be our guide as she is extremely talented in hundreds of techniques and can't wait to share them with you. See you soon!
SCRAPBOOKING
We have had many requests regarding scrapbooking and we would love to do anything to provide the guidance, place and time for accomplishing this. Thursday is the perfect day available to meet. The whole day is available so call Laura at 407-327-6554 if this tickles your fancy. Scrapbooking is something that is personal to each person. We will provide guidance, technique and visual examples but you will need to provide all your own supplies. The first step is to gather pictures you want to scrap, pick a trip, party, or even a pet. Enough pictures to do 4 to 6 pages, this could be anywhere from 6 to 18 pictures. If you have scrapped before then you know this is where you select you paper. This is the point we need to start. Let us hear from you so we can get this started. Once you start you will be hooked.
