elections.jpgQualifying for the 2010 City of Winter Springs Municipal/General Election runs from Noon on August 23, 2010 until Noon on Friday, August 27, 2010. All individuals who plan to run for Winter Springs Municipal Office must qualify during this period. Individuals who intend to run for Elected Office in the 2010 Winter Springs Municipal Election, up until and through the Qualifying Period, may wish to declare their intended Candidacy by opening a Campaign Account. Once a Campaign Account has been opened documents need to be filed with the Winter Springs City Clerk. All Candidates must also work with the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office and first submit their Campaign Finance Reports electronically. Then, each original Campaign Finance Report is filed with the Winter Springs City Clerk.
