To request an inspection, please fill out our Online Inspection Request Form.

All inspection requests sent to us prior to 4 p.m. on Monday through Friday will be scheduled for the next business day. Inspections may start as early as 8 a.m. and may run as late as 6 p.m. Due to a large volume of inspections daily, we cannot give specific times for inspections.

Pay & Schedule Inspections

We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. The payment due must be made within 90 days of the receipt of the Permit Payment Invoice.
Fees: Our third-party credit card processor will charge you a convenience fee of 2.5% of the transaction.
Invoiced Permits Only: Please wait until you’ve received an invoice via email before you pay for it.

Preparing for your Inspection

All inspections must be ready for the first inspection of the day. If the project is not ready and rescheduled, a re-inspection fee will be charged. In the case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate you.

The Permit and the Inspection Card, if applicable, will be emailed to the registered contractor's email on file. Please allow one or two hours to receive your permit.

Roofers are required to provide our inspectors with a ladder to access the roof for inspections. For roofing inspections, please make sure that your Roofing Deck Nail affidavit is in our office before calling in for a final.

Issues that may keep your inspection from being scheduled:

  • Missing your permit and inspection card or appropriate plans, records, and documentation.
  • Fees due for a failed inspection must be paid before scheduling another inspection.
