To report a damaged toter, or missed pickup, please notify us by filling out an Issue Report.

If you have any questions about your solid waste service, please contact the Customer Service office at 407-327-5996 Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

The guidelines for recycling are established by Seminole County. Please view the Guidelines for Recycling PDF below for a helpful and printable recycling cheat sheet.
Damaged recycle bins are replaced at no charge. Just bring your damaged bin to City Hall, and a free replacement will be provided.
Recycle bins can be purchased for a fee of $6.00 per recycling bin at the Utility Billing Department at City Hall.

All property owners shall be required to utilize the solid waste services by the city-awarded franchise, WastePro.
