The Anti-Fraud & Whistleblower Form allows you to report allegations of fraudulent activity and intentional waste or abuse as it relates to the City of Winter Springs.

The City of Winter Springs is committed to preventing fraud and maintaining an environment in which internal controls can be established and improved to aid in the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities by City employees, officials, contractors, vendors, citizens, and other agencies or entities that have a business relationship with the City.

Describe the details of the incident, fraudulent activity, or abuse for personal gain. Include: who was involved, what occurred, when did it occur, how did it occur and include any witnesses, evidence, or additional documentation. All information submitted will aid in the proper investigation of the allegation. The City Manager will not act on any claim that does not provide adequate documentation of fraud.
