Torcaso Park Basketball Court Grand Opening

We are excited to announce the grand opening of Torcaso Park's new basketball court! Come and shoot hoops on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Torcaso Park. This event will feature music, free food, and a ribbon-cutting by the Winter Springs Mayor and Commission.

This basketball court is a part of the Perk up Parks Initiative, which focuses on improving City parks and play-areas to strengthen our community and the overall quality of life.  This focus aligns with the Mayor and Commission’s values as well as the City’s belief in the importance of play.
