Torcaso Park Pavilion Grand Opening

We are excited to announce the grand opening of Torcaso Park's new Pavilion! Join us on Wednesday February 23 at 4:00 p.m. at Torcaso Park. This event will feature a photo opportunity with pirates, a treasure chest, and a ribbon-cutting by the Winter Springs Mayor and Commission.
This Pavilion is a part of the Perk up Parks Initiative, which focuses on improving City parks and play areas to strengthen our community and the overall quality of life. This focus aligns with the Mayor and Commission’s values and the City’s belief in the importance of play.
