Storm Tracking
UPDATE 08/30/2023-Due to Idalia no longer deemed a threat to Florida the City of Winter Springs will be deactivating our Emergency Operations Center at 3:00 p.m. City offices, senior center, and parks will resume normal operations on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 8 AM.
Locally, Seminole County remains under a tornado watch until 3 p.m. today. For disaster preparedness information, visit winterspringsfl.org/ready.
Winter Springs Police Department reminds all residents in the case of an Emergency, dial 911. For Non-emergency, dial 407-327-1000.
Sandbags:
The City of Winter Springs will cease the self-service sandbag operations at Central Winds Park at 1000 Central Winds Drive on Tuesday evening, August 29, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
Seminole County Public Schools
Seminole County Public Schools will resume regular school operations and extra-curricular activities on Thursday, August 31. 2023.
