This post-storm assistance line will be operational after the Hurricane to receive your reports about damage or utility issues that need attention. Use this number to report post-storm damage such as:

  • Sewer Backups
  • Utility Service Interruptions
  • Street Flooding
  • Fallen Trees or Debris Blocking Roads

Our customer representatives will be available to provide information and to communicate with our Public Works crew to help you. The goal of this number is to clean up our city as quickly and efficiently as possible after any disaster!
