Retirement Celebration Honoring Kevin Brunelle
The Winter Springs Police Department invites you to join them in celebrating the retirement of former Chief of Police Kevin Brunelle. Please join WSPD in thanking Kevin Brunelle for his 31 years of service and leadership to the City of Winter Springs.

Tickets & Reservations
Tickets are $25.00 per person. Payment is required to solidify reservations as ticket vouchers will be needed for event entry. Please indicate if you have any food allergies when reserving your ticket. Ticket sales are final. The deadline to RSVP is Monday, June 6.

- In Person
- To pay in person, please bring cash, a credit card*, or a check** at the Utility Billing counter at City Hall (1126 East State Rd. 434). Let the Customer Service Representative know you are purchasing tickets for the Retirement Celebration.
- Phone
- To pay over the phone with credit card*, please call 407-327-5996 and let the Customer Service Representative know you are purchasing tickets for the Retirement Celebration. You can either pick up your ticket vouchers at City Hall prior to the event or pick them up on the day of the event at the Retirement Celebration.
- Mail
- To pay by mail, please fill checks out as requested and mail to the address:
