Dr. Ted Johnson is retired from 32 years of teaching and administrative service for the Seminole County Public School System. He has been the past President of the Council of Exceptional Children for Seminole County and past President of the Tuscawilla Homeowners Association. He is an alumnus of the University of Miami where he received his Bachelor’s Degree and of the University of Central Florida where he received both his Master’s and Doctorate Degrees.
Ted and his wife, Elaine Johnson, are originally from Ohio and moved to Central Florida to work in the Seminole County School System. Elaine works at the Cohen Law Group and serves the City of Winter Springs as a current board member for the Tuskawilla Lighting and Beautification District Advisory Committee.
What brought him and his wife to Winter Springs was the “small town” atmosphere, abundance of trees, and friendly neighbors. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, traveling, golf, and UCF football.
