The City Of Winter Springs has upgraded to a new system for permits and inspections called Civic Access Portal. This new portal system will more efficiently meet citizens' needs in our growing city. Residents and contractors can now apply for permits, planning applications, business tax receipts, and schedule inspections online. As we merge into our new system, please create a new service account and Contractor Registration to apply for your new permit. We thank you for your patience as we introduce this new system.
