Paul D. Diaz is proud to serve as the Commissioner for Winter Springs, representing District 1.
Paul owns THE TAX CUTTERY™, a tax resolution, planning, and preparation firm headquartered in Longwood, FL. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), and a Dave Ramsey Trusted Tax Provider.
Mr. Diaz earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Miami and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
A native Floridian, Paul was born and raised in South Dade and has lived in Central Florida for over 25 years with his wife, Valerie, an Oviedo High and UCF alumna, their son PJ, and four rescue animals—an Australian Shepherd and three cats.
Commissioner Diaz is a member of the South Seminole Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons (F&AM), President of the Rotary Club of Winter Springs, has served on the Winter Springs Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee, and member of the Winter Springs Police Department Citizens Advisory Committee.
